How much do your services cost?

Toronto Brain Health is predominantly a fee-for-service clinic. Our neuropsychology and psychology  services are not covered by OHIP.

Psychology/neuropsychology rates are set according to the guidelines provided by the College of Psychologists of Ontario.

  • Initial consultation (50 mins) and treatment fees (50 mins) are $225- $250 per session, dependent on the specialty/seniority of the psychologist.

  • Doctoral candidate associate (Ph.D. level clinical student) fees range between $160-180 per session, dependent on seniority and clinical training.

  • Fees for comprehensive assessments (neuropsychological, psychological) vary depending on the nature of assessment.

Most extended health insurance plans cover all or part of neuropsychology and psychology fees. We recommend that you review your individual plan as health benefits differ between providers.  Fees which are not reimbursed can be claimed as medical expenses on your income tax return.

Toronto Brain Health is a registered treatment provider for WSIB under the Community Mental Health Program. We are listed in the WSIB Psychologist Directory. Individuals can then call and book their first appointment with one of our psychologists. We complete a quick phone screen prior to booking the appointment to ensure that our services are a good match for client needs. Please call 416 258-2367

We further provide catastrophic determinations (under criteria 4, 7 and 8). Please see our Third Party Services page for more information.
